Our Fascinators are handmade bespoke pieces which are made to your requirements as soon as you place your order within our online shop
We do not hold any stock of our bespoke pieces therefore you are able to make any changes you wish as we are very happy to make changes in colour and size as well as even combining designs if you like certain elements of different designs
You will need to choose your band or comb detail, the colour of the band and also your preferred side worn when selecting your design. If you require additional changes including colour details please do make contact prior to ordering so that i can assist in sending relevant online colour charts or if time allows and you have a colour swatch to hand you are also welcome to pop a colour reference in the post. Do let us know if this is what you are wishing to do so that we know to expect your swatch.
Am i able to discuss and receive advice before ordering?
Absolutely yes, in fact i am very much in favour when it comes to having an actual conversation as oppose to endless amounts of emails flying backwards and forwards. Sometimes a 20 minute phone call can cover all options with design discussions, delivery details and general requirements. Please do drop me a line at the studio on 01440 702105 where i will be more than happy to have a chat with you.
I have seen a design i like but it is by another designer, Can you make this for me?
No. This would be against the original designers' copyright and would be both unethical and illegal. If you have a specific idea in mind this can be used as a source of inspiration but no copies of other people's work will be undertaken. Wherever possible I will refer you back to the original designer.
When should i order?
We have a vary varied customer base with some ordering 2 weeks before the event and others 6 - 8 months ahead. I would always advise a minimum of 3-4 weeks as this will allow time to create your order and then allow time for shipping. Overseas orders need to allow ample time as shipping worldwide can take up to 2 weeks at busy times of the year. I generally say " as soon as you have your outfit, the accessories are the next on the list". A tick on your accessories list is one less thing for you to think about.
Am i able to visit your studio to try on some designs?
The Haverhill studio is the ideal solution to any of our customers living nearby who would like to book an appointment to try on some of the samples. The business was based from the studio back in the days before the world wide web. However over the years technology has allowed confidence of ordering online with accurate images, a wider selection of designs and our very own customer reviews easing up time in travelling and consultations which many customers who are planning events are often short of.
If a visit to the studio is preferred, this is strictly by appointment only so you will need to contact me to arrange a convenient date and time. You will be asked to bring along your outfit and any accessories you may wish to colour match. Please also note that we do not have the full range of accessories in stock as sample pieces but a good amount of choice to give you the exact guidance you will need to make your decision.
Do you accept returns on fascinators and turban bands?
All of our fascinators are made to order pieces therefore are non-refundable under the heading of customised bespoke items.
Our ready to wear turban bands ( generally items up to the value of £24.99 ) are refundable.
